It’s time to start developing management skills as part of your career journey, these skills need to be supported by training and development, but mixed with your real, full-time, role. Within a Team Leader/Supervisor role, you are likely to support, manage and develop others; manage projects, plan and monitor workloads, deliver operational plans, and resolve problems.
No matter the setting or organisation type, whether that be private, public or third sector the skills, knowledge and behaviours required are the same.

Entry requirements are set by the employer for each vacancy. Typically employers will as for 5 GCSEs, including Maths and English or a relevant level 2 qualification.* *You will have to take part in an initial assessment to determine your start point.
