Job Title: Business Admin Apprentice

Salary: £161.25 (per week)

Qualification: Level 3 Business Administration

 

To provide an efficient and effective clerical and administrative support service to a designated team. As this is an apprentice post the job holder will be required to work in throughout the organisation to develop skills, knowledge and experience in all aspects of administration.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Cold calling customers and receiving inbound calls
  • Creating invoices
  • Calling customers for feedback
  • Working on all social media platforms
  • Updating spreadsheets
  • Drafting marketing materials (for example, leaflets)
  • Working on care plans and auditing
  • Working on spreadsheets (making sure compliance is up to date)
  • Creating logbooks
  • Scanning and printing documents
  • Picking up inbound calls
Working Hours

8.30am-5pm, Monday – Friday

Expected Duration

15 months

Skills
  • An organised approach and excellent time management skills
  • Good communication skills
  • The ability to work well as part of a team
  • Computer literacy and good typing skills
Personal Qualities
  • A good level of English spelling and grammar
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • The ability to use your own initiative but also know when matters need to be referred to a supervisor
  • Enthusiasm, reliability & Flexibility
Qualifications
  • GCSE Grade 4/C or above in GCSE English & Maths (or equivalent)
