Job Title: IT Apprentice

Qualification: Level 3 IT Technician
Cyberdan are looking for a committed and professional individual with a keen interest in IT to join our team of highly skilled individuals.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Health check of client systems
- General server admin
- Oversight of Windows and Linux
- Database monitoring
Working Hours
9am-4.30pm, Monday – Friday
Closing Date
30 April 2021
Expected Duration
15 months
Skills
- Experience in providing IT support to clients
- Good working knowledge of networking, Microsoft desktop software, printers and other hardware
- Experience of working in a team-oriented environment
- Excellent communication skills
Personal Qualities
- Ability to listen and clarity where necessary
- A good work ethic
Qualifications
- Educated to GCSE level (or equivalent)
- Preferred if educated to Level 3 BTEC or A-Level
